In 2003, the Maskatiya family started the Maskatiya Charitable Trust. The primary goal of the Trust is to educate underprivileged children and provide them with a platform where they can excel and contribute to national growth. The Trust oversees the management of several public-run schools in Pakistan, where more than 6500 children are enrolled. The Trust aspires to continue its work and educate as many children as possible.

At Olivia, we believe in giving back to the community through the power of education.
The Trust ensures free meals every day for its staff and students. Clean drinking water at our charitable schools is provided through the Reverse Osmosis plants. The quality of education is noticeable as students keep excelling in their grades. The upgrades at these institutes, including the computer labs and modernized studying methods, have set high standards of schooling and SOPs. The installation of solar panels at the schools provides free and uninterrupted electricity to the institutions making our community environment friendly.
The Maskatiya Charitable Trust has constructed a dedicated building for the administration and the management of the Trust that covers a spacious 10,000 square feet of space for more than 200+ employees. Saving the Atmosphere
We have a disciplined procedure for disposing off our waste. We recycle goods and dispose off the ones that are beyond recycling. A dedicated incinerator room has been made especially to dispose off returned goods since a better environment is our key priority.
We protect our employees from toxins with the help of a dedicated ventilation system in the production, storage and common areas. Air filtration plants keep the factory ventilated. They also help filter out the fumes making our premises a pleasant environment for our working personnel.
The factory has Tier 1 Solar Panels installed that contribute to a cleaner and greener environment, reducing carbon footprints and energy costs.
A Green Initiative ensures the betterment of our employees. A recreational area provides a necessary distraction to fend off work stress. Natural plants and patios in dedicated office areas keep the air fresh and a relaxing space for the staff.
Strict safety measures at the House of Olivia ensure the good health of our employees. An international Water Purification System is available for everyone to have safe and clean water for drinking, cooking and cleaning purposes. We test PH and TDS levels in the water daily.
